SEX OFFENDER PUPIL ALLOWED BACK TO THE SCHOOL THE SEXUAL ASSAULT OCCURRED.

DESPITE THE VICTIM’S PROTESTS, THE SCHOOL SAID IT FOLLOWED PROCEDURES CORRECTLY BEFORE ALLOWING HIM RETURN TO THE SCHOOL

HE PULLED HER SKIRTS UP AND TOUCHED HER CHEST AS SHE BEGGED HIM TO STOP.

A 15-year-old pupil who attempted raping a girl in a school has been allowed to continue attending the school where the assault took place, the sex victim’s protests notwithstanding.

The teen from Essex, England, has been listed on the sex offenders register after he was found guilty and convicted of two counts of sexual assault. The incident took place in a classroom in the school.

While he remains in the school, with the sex victim, awaiting prosecution, he had been given a restricting order and told not to approach or contact the victim.

The sex victim said she feels panicky knowing that the sex offender is around her. She also added she would continue to keep her head down and pretend he wasn’t there as long as he remains in the school.

“I thought I wasn’t going to see him. They said I’m their main priority and it was known that he was very ‘hands on’ with girls.” she told a reporting agency.

The attacker started by making comments about her; touched her legs, put his hands on her, and then gradually put his hands up her skirts and touched her chest. The victim said she repeatedly told the attacker to stop the advances, and that she could have left but felt stuck and powerless.

The victim’s mother, who said she expressed worry every day, expected the sex offender to be excluded from the school. She warned the school not to allow him get near her daughter or any woman at the moment.

The victim’s mother felt the boy didn’t get the amount of punishment he deserves.

Neither the school nor the sex offender nor the girl was named for legal reasons.

Figures show at least 6,289 sexual assaults took place in and around schools between 2015 and 2017 – and there was a 60% rise across those three years.
