My Hero Academia films: World Heroes’ Mission vs Two Heroes vs Heroes Rising

The My Hero Academia films are considered anime canon, but that doesn’t mean they play a significant role in the overall story. The events of My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising don’t tie into the plot of My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission. You can go into the third film without seeing the previous two and won’t miss a beat.

What is the Release Date for World Heroes’ Mission?

My Hero Academy: World Heroes Mission launches in Detroit on October 29, 2021. The film will debut with English and Japanese dub (with English subtitles).

The film has already been released in Japan this summer and is currently set to open in the US, UK, and Ireland. Also available on 28 October 2021 in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Will My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission Be Streaming or in Theaters?

According to Collider, like the previous My Hero Academia films, World Heroes’ Mission will only be available in theaters. The movie was one of the biggest films in Japan this year. With My Hero Academia being one of the most popular anime in the world, Toho and FUNimation (the studios behind the film) will want to keep it in theaters as long as possible.

You can buy MHA: World Heroes’ Mission tickets and find showtimes near you at most major theater chains and ticketing vendors, including FandangoAtom Tickets, and AMC, or head over to the official Funimation Films website for more details.

With that said, there is a chance that the film will be available on FUNimation a few months after the theatrical release. Earlier this year, fans saw Demon Slayer: Mugen Train hit the streaming service after becoming the highest-grossing film in Japan.

My Hero Academia is a story about Izuku Midoriya’s journey to becoming the world’s greatest hero

The World of Amine belongs to most popular superpowers

The third film in the ‘My Hero Academia’ movie series, My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission is a story about Izuku Midoriya’s adventurous journey to becoming the world’s greatest hero.

In this anime world, over 80% of the population has superpowers. In a world full of superpowers, the work of “Heroes” became the most popular. Unfortunately for young Izuku, the hero’s path didn’t really exist because he was born powerless.

Izuku receives All Might’s power, Japan’s number one hero – one of the strongest quirks in the entire world

Having stumbled upon Japan’s greatest hero, Almighty, Izuku gains the power of Almighty One for All, one of the most powerful oddities in the world. After months of intense training with the Symbol of Peace, Deco is finally ready to enter the U.A high school, a school for the best heroes in Japan.

Deku learns how to control All Might’s incredible power to become a hero and improves his abilities at the hero academy

Here, Izuku (now known as Deku) learns what it means to be a true hero and improves her abilities with other classmates in Class 1A. While serving at the Hero Academy, Deku learned how to manipulate the mighty powers of the Almighty and made it his own. After participating in various competitions and training, Deku and his friends face off with Hero Assassin: Stain, League of Villains, and Shiha Sai Kai, and finally, Deku and his friends start working with the pros, and this is where the World Heroes mission leads us.

Deku, Shoto, and Bakugo, working with Pro Heroes would come face-to-face with Flect, head of the evil organization, Humarize

This film is set before the second movie but after the events of season five. In this film, Deku, Shoto, and Bakugo are working with the Pro Heroes and come face-to-face with Flect, head of the evil organization, Humarize, who is on a mission to destroy all quirks.

Who and who are the new characters featured in World Heroes’ Mission?

My Hero Academy is a series full of countless heroes and villains. Class 1A only includes 20 characters from throughout the series. Members of the Paranormal Liberation Front, U.A teachers, and other Pro-Heroes. It can be difficult to keep up with everything, especially when you consider the new heroes and villains in the movie. The new characters include Rody Soul, Burnin, Flect Turn, and Claire Voyance.

The new movie means more characters to watch out for, but that’s why there’s a character classification for newbies.

Rody Soul is a civilian from the island Otheon who played a significant role in the film sharing a lot of screen time with Deku.

Burnin is Endeavor’s agency main sidekick and the flying side kickers who work closely with the trio as she and Endeavor mentor them during their work studies

The film’s main villain, Flect Turn, is a new character whose mission is to rid the world of quirks.

Claire Voyance, like Rody, is a new character being introduced in World Heroes’ Mission. She is a hero whose quirk allows her to see through anything. She will be working with Endeavor and the rest of the Pro Heroes.
