An international network of scammers was recently dismantled after allegedly creating a fake version of India’s Professional Cricket League, with farmers posing as players, and broadcasting games live to unsuspecting betting enthusiasts.
When it comes to betting scams, the one recently dismantled in Gujarat’s countryside sounds pretty hard to beat. A criminal group coordinated by a “mastermind in Russia” allegedly created a fake version of the Indian cricket IPL, with farmers and unemployed men posing as players of teams like the Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, or the Gujarat Titans in games broadcast live on YouTube to unsuspecting betting punters in Russia. The games looked real, but the players acted on command, hitting a six, a four, or getting out as directed.

16-year-old mum who couldn’t find a babysitter for a high school dance night takes toddler as her date
A teenage mum who couldn’t find a babysitter on prom night took her toddler son as a date.
Melissa Mccabe fell pregnant at 14 and gave birth to one-year-old Arthur in November 2020.
Although she gave birth at such an early age, she says he is her “little blessing” and wanted him to “be a part” of the landmark day.
The video the 16-year-old published has since gone viral on TikTok after it showed him as her prom “date”.
She told the LiverpoolEcho: “When prom came around, no one could really have him and I wanted him to be a part of my prom day. I ordered him a suit and took him with me.
Melissa Mccabe shared the clip of her at the school prom with Arthur and it has already received more than 220,000 likes and a staggering 1.6million views from social media users.

Well-Preserved, 30,000-Year-Old Baby Woolly Mammoth Emerges From Yukon Permafrost
A whole baby woolly mammoth has been found frozen in the permafrost of north-western Canada – the first such discovery in North America.
The mummified ice age mammoth is thought to be more than 30,000 years old. It was found by gold miners in Yukon’s Klondike region on Tuesday, according to a BBC report.
The area of the find belongs to the Tr’ondek Hwech’in First Nation.
The Yukon government compared it to Russia’s discovery of a baby mammoth in the permafrost of Siberia in 2007.
It said it was “the most complete mummified mammoth found in North America”, and only the second such find in the world.
The baby, thought to be female, has been named Nun cho ga, meaning “big baby animal” in the Han language spoken by Native Americans in the area.

Indian Forest Officer (IFS) Susanta Nanda has added a detailed video post of a scary python crossing the outer wall of a house and gaining entrance into the house in a strange post that was made around the internet.
According to the NDTV media report titled: ‘’Close-Up Video Shows Huge Python Entering House, Internet Asks “Is It Real?”, Indian Forest Officer (IFS) Susanta Nanda has added to that by posting a close-up video of a python crossing the outer wall of a house.
In the viral video, the python is seen crawling to the front door of the house, where a motorcycle and a bicycle are parked. A water container can also be seen outside the main door.
The Twitter video which has gone viral sees the shocked social media users make worrisome comments about the reality of the strange video.
Since being shared, the video has received over 55,000 views and 1,900 likes so far.

In another bizarre post, we report that a man, Larry Sanders, 53, stands charged with first-degree murder after allegedly admitting to killing his noodling fishing partner Jimmy Knighten, who Sanders claimed wanted him dead by the hand of the mythical monster Bigfoot.

LinkedIn user Harshmeet Singh shared the picture a week ago of a pillion biker riding in the middle of a flyover while working on his laptop and informed that the incident took place in Bangalore at 11 in the night, with the caption, ‘’Pillion Rider Spotted Using Laptop On A Busy Flyover In Bangalore, Internet Divided’’, according to NDTV media report.
Bangalore is one of the busiest flyovers in the city.

The woman in the black top pinned her opponent to the ground and repeatedly said: ‘Let go, and I’ll let go of you’. She was later heard verbally abusing the woman while her friends laughed in the background.
West Midlands Police told Metro UK that they were aware of a video circulating on social media of a fight between two women in Primark in Birmingham City Centre, but the incident was dealt with by security.
