John Jeffs (74), who was working as a pastoral manager at the Christian group ‘Parents Talking Aspergers’, was caught in the act in his office at a Baptist Centre in Middleton Cheney, Northamptonshire by a witness church member as the retired vicar was standing next to the vacuum cleaner propped up between two chairs.
