Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi are a very influential female trio who founded the ‘Black Lives Matter’ and were able to inspire the people with assumed situations of gruesome killings and got the people to think and act in a movement against racial discrimination of African-Americans in the US following the brutal killing of George Floyd.

In fact, ‘Black Lives Matter’ Founders influenced many young people of different nations to activism until the protests became a rainbow of people from all walks of life, in different countries in the world including Australia, South Korea, Japan, and even other countries, joining and saying, “Black lives matter.” Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi are among the top 10 most influential black women and 50 most powerful women in the world 2020.

The ‘Black Lives Matter’ Founders who didn’t give up rather wanted the people to support, stand with, write a letter to them as well as join the rally, said that it was about human lives.

2. Allyson Felix – a female athlete

Allyson Felix campaigned against pregnancy discrimination in 2018 that forced Nike, her sponsor at the time, into changing its maternity leave policies to safeguard athletes’ childbirth pay for one and year and a half afterward, when Nike’s threatened to pay her less for childbirth.

Allyson Felix is one of the most decorated athletes in track and field and one of the top 50 most popular women in 2020. She is also listed among the top 10 most famous black females in the world.

As a child, Angela Davis’ family friends were among the young girls killed in the 1963 bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church – an incident that gave her more impetus to fight for freedom and injustices.

Despite hunted down and imprisoned, Angela Davis led powerful revolutions against the racial abuses black people in the US suffered and did not lose faith in the fight for their liberation. She is in the top 10 most influential black women in the world.

4. Gabrielle Union – an advocate of social justice for The Black women

Gabrielle Union is popular for directing her resources towards advocating for sustaining the rights of the most marginalized in the society, including Black women and girls and unexpected and transgender folks. She is among the top 50 most popular women in the world.

Gabrielle Union is a sincere influencer whose authenticity and truthfulness is loved by her supporters and followers. She maintains the true position of her life even in public without any deterrence.

She was controversially disqualified as a judge on America’s Got Talent after calling out several reckonings of racial injustice. Many people in the limelight wouldn’t voice out against inconsiderateness in circumstances that Gabrielle Union would.

Jennifer Hudson, a cool-headed and humble film artist who is an inspiration to women of all cultural generations. She is a talented singer, and actress who won an Oscar for Dreamgirls,

9. Tomi Adeyemi – a Nigerian-American novelist, and writing trainer.

Tomi Adeyemi who is among the top 10 most influential black women in 2020 is also listed in the top 50 most popular women in the world. Tomi Adeyemi is a 27-year-old Nigerian-American novelist and writing trainer.

Her first book ‘’ Children of Blood and Bone’’ which won the Goodreads Choice Awards for Best Debut Novel remained on the New York Times bestseller list for a record of 90 weeks. Fox 2000 has purchased the film adaptation rights to ‘’Children of Blood and Bone’’. The book was written in 2018.

Another book of hers about the Kingdom of Orisha also won the 2018 Andre Norton Award for Young Adult Science Fiction and Fantasy.

Tomi Adeyemi was described by John Boyega, a British actor as ‘a god of ideas’ and as an inspirator for young people. John Boyega wrote in wrote Adeyemi’s tribute, describing her as a creator of the world of actors for all.

Tourmaline, an activist, artist, and film producer is renowned for making digital videos and write-ups of forgotten archived materials, making real proof of the cultural intertwine to the communal existence of humans and their contributions to the world.
